Hope you have seen all the 10 earlier 2011 movies i suggested:).Here are some more 2011 movies i enjoyed:).

Warrior
One of the best movies of 2011 i have seen till now, warrior is one intense fight movie:). Here, the youngest son (Hardy) of an alcoholic former boxer (Nolte) returns home, where he's trained by his father for competition in a mixed martial arts tournament,a path that puts the fighter on a collision corner with his older brother (Edgerton). This movie mainly works because of its superbly shot fight scenes:),which involve you so much, that you are constantly cheering for one of the brothers,as if you are watching a live match:). Both lead actors (Joel Edgerton and Tom Hardy) have given convincing performances. What unfortunately stops it from being an exceptional movie,is its predictable script. But still for its superb fight sequences and good direction, this is definitely a must watch:).

Genre:- Action, Drama.
Bore Meter:- Won't get bored.Has very good pace:).
My Rating:-

Bridesmaids
This girl version of The Hangover, may not be as funny, but is definitely a likeable movie:). Here, competition between the maid of honor and a bridesmaid, over who is the bride's best friend, threatens to affect the life of an out-of-work pastry chef. This movie may not constantly make you laugh out loud(except for one or two really funny scenes:D),but it ensures a constant smile, thanks mainly to its lead actress Kristen Wiig, who gives a superb and a very likeable performance as Annie Walker:). This movie is definitely a good watch mainly for Kristen Wiig:).

Genre:- Comedy.
Bore Meter:- Won't get bored.Has good pace:).
My Rating:-

Transformers 3: Dark Of the Moon
After watching this movie,i had only one reaction,"Oh my god!". Michael Bay movies may not be the best in terms of script, but he definitely makes sure the action sequences are worth your money:). In this third installment of the Transformers series, the Autobots learn of a Cybertronian spacecraft hidden on the moon, and race against the Decepticons to reach it and to learn its secrets. This movie is full of action, especially the last 1 hour, which is full of so many jaw dropping action sequences, that at end of the movie, your eyes start hurting:). Shia Labeouf, does a good job as Sam,and the newcomer Rosie Huntington-Whiteley may not be that good in terms of acting skills, but she definitely is pleasant to watch:). For its out of the world action sequences and its superb pace, this is definitely a must watch:).

Genre:- Action, Sci-Fi.
Prerequisites:- You need to have seen at least the first transformers movie,if not both,to understand this one.
Bore Meter:- No chance of getting bored.Has Superb Pace:).
My Rating:-

Unknown
Unknown is a good watchable mystery thriller. Here,a man awakens from a coma, only to discover that someone has taken on his identity and that no one, (not even his wife), believes him. With the help of a young woman, he sets out to prove who he is.This movie basically works due to its good pace and gripping suspense:). The script does falter here and there, but overall its an enjoyable movie:).

Genre:- Mystery, Thriller.
Bore Meter:- Won't get bored.Has good pace:).
My Rating:-

Thor
Thor is a good but a very different super hero movie:). Here, the powerful but arrogant warrior Thor is cast out of the fantastic realm of Asgard and sent to live amongst humans on Earth, where he soon becomes one of their finest defenders. This is quite an enjoyable movie:),thanks to its different story, good script, and good performances by Chris Hemsworth and Natalie Portman. But at the end of the day,it fails to provide as much entertainment as some other super hero movies like the spiderman series and batman series. But overall, its still an enjoyable watch:).

Genre:-  Action, Adventure, Fantasy.
Bore Meter:- Won't Get Bored.Has Good Pace:).

Movies by Year:- The 50's

The 50's was the decade of the classics. This decade, though lacking the technical effects of the 21st century, still gave some wonderful films. These films, almost 50 years later, are not only still viewed, but are also considered better than most of the movies of the current era. Here are some movies of the 50's that i really enjoyed:).

12 Angry Men (1957)
This 1950's classic is undoubtedly one of the best movies ever made:):):). I have never met a person who has seen this movie, and said he didn't like it.In this movie, the defense and the prosecution have rested and the jury is filing into the jury room to decide if a young Spanish-American is guilty or innocent of murdering his father. What begins as an open and shut case of murder soon becomes a mini-drama of each of the jurors' prejudices and preconceptions about the trial, the accused, and each other.Outstanding script, direction, and performances (especially by Henry Fonda) makes this movie one of the best movies ever made, and definitely a must watch:).

Genre:- Drama.
Oscar Buzz:-
Nominated for 3 Oscars(Best Picture,Best Director,Best Writing Screenplay Based on Material from Another Medium)
Bore Meter:- Won't Get Bored.Has good pace:).
My Rating:-

 Dial M For Murder (1954)
This murder suspense thriller is yet another classic by Alfred Hitchcock:). Here,an ex-tennis pro carries out a plot to murder his wife. When things go wrong, he improvises a brilliant plan B.What makes this movie special is its tight script(very hard to find loopholes in this movie) which is extremely well executed and directed by Alfred Hitchcock. It keeps you hooked in throughout its length,as events after events unfold and doesn't leave you disappointed in the end as well:). Well scripted murder thriller, surely a must watch:).

Genre:- Mystery, Thriller.
Bore Meter:- Won't get bored:). Has good pace:).
My Rating:-

 Les diaboliques (1955)
One of the finest french movies i have ever seen,Les diaboliques is an excellent murder suspense thriller:). Here, the wife of a cruel headmaster and his mistress conspire to kill him, but after the murder is committed, his body disappears, and strange events begin to plague the two women. It starts of a little slow, but once the plot thickens you find yourself stuck to your seat,as the 2 leading ladies face one situation after another:),chewing your nails and waiting for the climax:). If suspense is what you want, then this is the best movie out there, don't miss this:).

Genre:- Mystery, Thriller.
Bore Meter:- The first half hour is a little slow, but once the plot thickens, you won't be able to leave your seat:).
My Rating:-

Some Like It Hot (1959):-
When i decided to watch this movie,i had zero expectations.I thought, whats the point of watching a 50's comedy, all jokes would be outdated by now.But boy,i was extremely surprised when i watched this one:). This movie not only provides the laughs but also makes sure you watch the entire movie with a smile:). In this movie, when two musicians witness a mob hit, they flee the state in an all female band disguised as women, but further complications set in.This movie mainly works because of its likeable cast:). Both Tony Curtis and Jack Lemmon have wonderful comic timing:),but its Marilyn Monroe who steals the show:). She is really loveable as Sugar Kane Kowalczyk:). For its excellent cast and direction this is a must watch:).

Genre:- Comedy.
Oscar Buzz:-
Won Oscar (Best Costume Design, Black-and-White)
5 Other Nominations (Best Actor in a Leading Role, Best Art Direction-Set Decoration Black-and-White,Best Cinematography Black-and-White,Best Director,Best Writing Screenplay Based on Material from Another Medium).

On the Waterfront (1954)

This Academy Award winning movie is the movie from which the Aamir Khan starrer Ghulam was copied from:P.Here,an ex-prize fighter turned longshoreman struggles to stand up to his corrupt union bosses. For its great direction, screenplay and an excellent performance by Marlon Brando, this is definitely worth your watch:).

Genre:- Drama.
Oscar Buzz:-
